We have been developing a circular cultured ecosystem for meat production called the Circular Cell Culture (CCC) System, which utilizes the nutrients provided by photosynthesis of algae to culture and amplify animal cells, and uses waste medium to grow algae. Moreover, we will create cultured tissue from the proliferated cells using 3-D organization technology that applies regenerative medicine. By commercializing and disseminating these new circular cultured food production, we aim to achieve both sustainable food supply and global environmental conservation.
